I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. The reply was clear and helped me understand what was going on, so there wasn’t really any headache. Based on this one experience, I’d say their customer service seems solid.

I ordered two figures and they showed up exactly as I picked them, so no complaints there. The box had a tiny dent in it, but the actual order was correct and everything inside was fine, if that makes sense...

My order did ship, but the tracking didn’t update for way too long, so I started getting worried. I reached out to support, but their reply was slow too. Anyway... the whole thing ended up being more stressful than I expected and wasn’t a great experience overall

I was expecting the shipping to be more, but it ended up being less than I thought. So yeah, that was a nice surprise, definitely a nice surprise at checkout

They do have a decent mix of figures and a few cool items, so I can’t really complain too much. I don’t always find what I’m actually looking for, though, and some of the popular stuff seems to be missing or sold out often. The selection changes here and there, which is nice, so I still check back sometimes. It’s fine overall, just not quite as good as I’d hope.

I’ve bought a few figures before where the paint was a little messy, so I was happy with this one. It arrived looking solid, and the paint is clean and nicely done. Overall, it’s a good-looking figure and I’m pleased with it.

Japan Figure was fine overall, like everything showed up and the shipping worked, so no big issue there. I just kinda wish they had more carrier options to pick from. It felt a bit limited if you want more flexibility with how your order gets sent.

This still feels a bit risky to me. I wanted to feel more confident this time, but I’m running into the same issue again and it’s getting tiring. I’m not fully convinced yet, and I’d need to see something more reliable before I could really feel comfortable with it

I’ve ordered from japan-figure a few times, and overall it’s been okay. When an item is actually in stock, the process is smooth and I haven’t had any major issues. But am I missing something with the inventory? Sometimes figures show up on the site, and then it turns out they’re sold out or not really easy to get. It’s not a bad site at all, just a little frustrating when you’re trying to find something specific. I just wish the availability was clearer.

I’m a bit frustrated because my order still isn’t here yet. I’ve been waiting for it to show up, and at this point I keep checking to see if there’s any update, but I still don’t have it. I understand that shipping delays can happen for all kinds of reasons, but it would be nice to know what’s going on or at least have a clearer idea of when it’s actually going to arrive.

I preordered a figure from japan-figure it went smoothly. They kept me updated when the release date got pushed back, and once the item was in stock, it shipped out not long after. The packaging was solid and the figure was literally brand new, exactly as expected. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait did feel a bit long, and replies weren’t the fastest. Still, the preorder was reliable for me and I’d consider ordering again.

I ordered from japan-figure.com and the item arrived fine, so no real issues there. The figure itself was okay and everything went smoothly. The only thing is the final price felt a little hard to justify after shipping and extra fees were added, especially compared to some other sites. That said, maybe it just depends on the item or where you're shipping to, so I don't want to be too harsh. I might order again if I couldn’t find the item anywhere else.

I ended up returning my figure, and I thought the refund might take a while, but it came through after a few days. Support was okay, actually, it was better than I expected, nothing amazing but no real issues either...

The site is okay overall, and I did manage to find most of the figures I was looking for, so it’s not like it’s a total mess. But using it definitely felt more clunky than it should, especially when the filters didn’t behave in a very clear or smooth way.
The slow page loading was probably the most annoying part for me. When you’re browsing through a bunch of items, it kind of forces you to sit there and be patient, which is not exactly what I want when I’m just trying to shop casually.
The product info is there, but the pages feel a bit too busy, and checkout was fine only after I worked through it. I got what I needed in the end, but the whole experience could really be cleaner, faster, and less like a test of patience...

The box was actually really sturdy, which I appreciated, and the figure came with no damage at all. That’s exactly what you hope for when ordering something like this, right?

I paid for my order by card and, it went smoothly. The checkout page seemed clear enough to me, with no weird extra steps or anything too confusing. I got the payment confirmation fairly quickly too, which was nice. I was a little unsure at first since it’s an overseas shop, but everything worked fine for me in the end.
